Rory Coughlan grew up in the outer west of Melbourne, Australia. He studied illustration at NMIT and Graphic Design at The University of Ballarat.

Rory has completed commissions for various clients including IDC London, Paris and Milan, Cengage Learning, Hot Topic/Zak Australia, Newsink and Furlong Park School for Deaf Children .

In his illustrations he works in a variety of mediums including acrylic and gouache paints, coloured pencil, pastels and digital. He can also produce creative design for packaging, business stationery, advertising and web design.

He currently resides between London or Melbourne, dependant upon the time of year.
